Healthy Chocolate Crackles



  • 5 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¾ cup cacao
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp cashew nut butter
  • 60 g wholegrain brown puffed rice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or essence
  • coconut flakes , chia seeds, cacao nibs (optional)


Mix the coconut oil, cacao powder, maple syrup and cashew paste together in a small saucepan over low heat until melted.

Add puffed rice to mixure.

Pour melted mixture into small patty cases and freeze for approximately 10 minutes or until firm.
